Absolutely. We can arrange shipping of your gift overseas. You pay us for your goods and the shipping upfront. Please be aware that you are liable for paying any import duty at the destination port.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY WEST AUSSIE GOODIES?

For customers in the Perth Metro area, we will deliver your wines within 24 hours.

For customers outside of the Perth Metro area (regional WA and intestate), hopefully no longer than 10 days from the date of purchase. We aim to dispatch new orders within 2 days of them being placed, but from there it's, unfortunately, a little out of our control. Lead times will vary depending on where you live.

  • East Coast Metro (e.g. Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne): Expect 5-7 working days for your box to arrive from the day you placed the order.

  • In-between Coast Metro (e.g. Adelaide & Alice Springs): Expect between 5-7 days for your box to arrive. (These are their agreed times, but please allow for some delay due to the recent surge in online deliveries).

  • Rural deliveries (e.g. Broome): Can sometimes take a little longer, but you knew that already because it's annoyed you before. We're so sorry about that! (These are their agreed times, but please allow for some delay due to the recent surge in online deliveries).

  • Overseas: this depends on where to.

WHAT IF A BOTTLE IS BROKEN IN TRANSIT?

Unfortunately something like this is bound to happen in a very small number of cases. If you are the unlucky one, we do apologise on behalf of the overzealous courier person you threw your purchase about.

Please take a photograph of the damaged bottle and/or box and email it to us at hello@upwa.com.au. Upon receipt of your photograph, we will organise a credit for your next purchase, and subsequently have a stern word with the courier company!
