There’s no denying the quality Cabernet Sauvignon being produced in Margaret River. Wallcliffe, the second most southern sub-region of Margaret River is cooler than its norther neighbours as is home to powerhouse producers Cape Mentelle, Xanadu and Leeuwin Estate.
