‘The fruit for this excellent chardonnay comes from various vineyards in the Great Southern in what was a superb year. It’s a fine and delicately structured wine with terrific flavour intensity throughout. Notes of typical floral white peach, minerals and a trace of popcorn character all captured in the opening. The palate is finely balanced with texture and intensity. A slightly flinty struck match character lurking behind completes a beautiful palate.’
